Some of our products are shipped from different locations. Please fill out a return request below so that we can give you the correct return address.

Returns or Exchanges - If, for any reason you are not happy with your hardware you can return it within 30 days of the original sale.

There is a restocking fee for all returns and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs - see restock fees by brand below. The only exception to this policy is when an item is shipped incorrectly or damaged from one of our shipping warehouses. Once products are received, your original credit card used to make the purchase will be credited for the original cost of goods (excluding shipping) less any applicable re-stock fees. To receive refunds on returned goods, the items cannot be damaged or installed and must be in their original containers in new condition with all of the parts inside. Please be sure to package your items well. Items that are not packed in their original packing or just thrown back in the box usually have to be scrapped and therefore no credit will be issued. Orders with more than 5 locks returned may be assessed a re-key charge. We offer minimal keying charges on most orders, but if the entire order is returned we then have to re-key them a second time to return them to stock. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your items for the credit to be processed and posted to your original payment method.

There are no refunds on products that have been misused, abused or rendered useless as a result of improper use or installation. All returned items must be returned with 60 days of receipt and must be returned in the original packaging and condition.

  2. Use the Contact US form and select the order that has items that you need to return on it. Indicate the items you are returning,
  3. Click "SEND"

We will respond via email with an RGA# and complete return instructions as soon as possible.

Baldwin, Dexter, Deltana, Kwikset, LCN, Maxgrade, Pamex, PotteryVille, Schlage, Weiser, and Weslock - 15% restock fee.

Brass Accents - All Brass Accents hardware is custom assembled per order and is subject to a 25% restock fee.

Emenee - All Emenee Cabinet Hardware is subject to a 25% restock fee

Emtek Hardware - All Emtek hardware is custom assembled per order and is subject to a 25% restock fee.

Omnia Hardware - All Omnia hardware is custom assembled per order and is subject to a 25% restock fee.

Grandeur - All Grandeur door hardware is custom assembled per order and is subject to a 25% restock fee.

Nostalgic Warehouse - All Nostalgic Warehouse hardware is custom assembled per order and is subject to a 25% restock fee.

Rocky Mountain - All Rocky Mountain hardware is custom forged per order and is subject to a 30% restock fee.
